Positive: The staff member who received us on the first evening was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and looked nice. The breakfast and food provided was ample and delicious.

Negative: The grounds around the pausada could have been cleaner, work to remove surface water as the mosquitos were very bad. The pictures look much better, what seems like summer. At 4am a water tower started to fill up on the roof above our room, it was loud when filling and was very disruptive. A personal conversation between a staff member at breakfast and an elderly lady who was also belonging to the pausada was loud. It was very upsetting to hear the context of the conversation as it was offensive to the lady and very unprofessional when guests are nearby.

Summary: Could have been better.
