Summary: When I arrived and was shown to my room, it did not match the room that was shown on the Hotels website. They graciously moved us to a larger room. Room had many bugs as well as in the pool area. They truly need to exterminate the area. Our air conditioner did not work with the remote control. I called and had someone come and look at it. It worked one time and then not again. Could not turn it on/off, change setting or anything...I had to unplug the unit when the room was too cold. Bed was hard but clean. Very few channels on the TV. Very little signage in English...only Portuguese, and only one staff member spoke English - Vanessa. She was awesome! I must say that all staff members were very friendly, helpful and professional...GREAT STAFF!!!
