Positive: There is good parking for the car, with a wall and a guard. We felt safe.

Negative: The room was not clean when we arrived, and the water in the jacuzzi was yellow. We were four people but received only three places to sleep, and one of the beds was very short. The next day, they made the sofa into a bed, but it was uncomfortable — too short and at an angle. Overall, we were disappointed and expected much better.
