Positive: The location is good, in a safe part of São Paulo where I could walk around without any problems. The facilities were fine: there is a fridge, which is very practical, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom, while not the newest, is functional. The restaurant in the hotel was also a positive surprise — I had lunch there a few times and enjoyed it, and the breakfast was fine as well.

Negative: Guests should be aware, however, that this specific unit is actually a serviced apartment rather than a standard hotel room. This means it is not possible to simply switch rooms, as one might expect in a regular hotel. From what I understood, the property is a mix of serviced apartments and hotel rooms, so it is important to be aware of what exactly you are booking. Communication was always directly with the owner of the serviced apartment. He was very quick to respond in writing, and communication in English was smooth and without problems.
