Positive: Staff are really friendly and receptionist available even past midnight. we came back from a night out around 2am and lost our key card, tried calling the hotel while we are at the restaurant and no one is picking up. But thankfully there is someone to help us get inside when we arrived and issued a replacement card. They also allowed us to check in early(good thing there is already a room available). But if they are fully booked, they can definitely store your luggages.

Negative: The bidet is kinda smelly

Summary: Great value for money! Staff are really accommodating and nice!
