Positive: Great Location, walking distance from good restaurants, easy access to bus station for those who don't want to drive. . Facilities (pool, rooms, quiet spaces) were really nice on the rainy days we got in Ubatuba

Negative: WiFi did not work as expected in the room. Also, having a playground right on the restaurant area is a little "noisy" for people with no kids. The hotel has a lot of space, considering moving to a better location
