Please note the property is in a resort where parts of it are still under construction. some areas of the resort are complete and can be enjoyed by guests. in some other areas, guests may be aware of some noise and light disturbances. in order to compensate for this, we have already applied a discount into our prices, please note, the room loft is 1.6 mi from the beach, we inform you that the coral beach resort by atlantica is under construction. there is construction work next to this accommodations from 07:30 to 17:00 until thursday and 07:30 to 16:00 on friday, which can cause noise during this period. we appreciate your understanding. we emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 pm and check out by 12:00 pm. the interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in mtur ordinance no. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
