Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was comfortable and the facilities were well maintained; everything worked properly (air conditioning, shower, etc.). The common areas are spacious, with a large and very nice pool, so it never felt crowded. The staff was generally friendly and helpful during the stay. Breakfast is a plus, although it is quite basic and repetitive, with limited options for guests with dietary restrictions (this could be improved). As a nice gesture, they kept a beach umbrella for us so it could be picked up later.

Negative: The check-in was chaotic due to a lack of coordination with Booking.com. We arrived very late and the person in charge showed little willingness to help, even suggesting that we cancel the reservation. If we hadn’t stood our ground, we could have been left without accommodation. We were given a different room than the one we had booked for the first night. After being moved to the correct room, we had to request towels more than once. During the stay, no housekeeping service was provided: beds were not made, towels and bed linens were not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned, and toilet paper was not replenished.

Summary: Good stay with some points to improve, mainly at check-in.
