Positive: The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

Negative: The demand for a seat at the beach is quite high and I feel they could add more seating space at the beachfront. There is a second row at the back of the beach where it's easier to find a place, but you're not even able to see the sea from back there. The only negative aspect about the staff is that they're always trying to push you into buying the extra stuff that's not included (spa treatments, wine bottles, special dinners, etc)
