Positive: There is lots of nature surrounding it. The guesthouse owners are nice and helpful.

Negative: The property wasn't as good as I had hoped based on other reviews. My room wasn't very nice, a bit damp. The bathroom is very old, the shower wasn't hot, and there was no pressure. The sink was small, and the wet towel hanger was broken, and the ceiling over the shower was leaking. My room didn't have a window; instead, the room extension where my kids slept had a window. I couldn't sleep all night; I felt like I was camping in that room. The small fridge was very noisy. Additionally, I could hear people walking above my head in the room above and the toilet flushing. The swimming pool was a good size, but the tiles had limescale on the bottom and sides. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special; you can find the same Brazilian breakfast at any other guesthouse. I have just been honest in my review. I don't think it's worth the Booking.com 9.6 rating. I will give it a 7. If I come to Buzios again, I won't stay there.
