Positive: The location, surrounded by the Pantanal! The food provided was excellent!

Negative: Sometimes the communication was lacking, probably because only one of the staff could speak English and we got the idea that he was a very busy man so he was not always available. This sometimes resulted is very chaotic logistics when trying to get starter with a tour.

Summary: A real Pantanal experience with excellent food, comfortable rooms, hard working staff and when the weather and logistics
