Positive: The property is clean, tranquil and calm! Paraty is know for its nightlife so this place is more or less 10 min walk away from the center. People may complain that it’s far from the city but for those who prefer a more calmer stay and no disturbance and loud noise, this place is to go! The owner puts a lot of effort cleaning the ambience of the property! The breakfast is great!

Negative: The gym has the basic equipment, but was missing cleaning products to clean after using the gym.

Summary: Clean and neat place, calm and no disturbance!
