Our house Perola Itamambuca is wonderful to spend holidays in Itamambuca with all the comfort in family or in several couples, as you prefer. It has style, comfort and is about 60 steps from Itamambuca beach on 06 street, the best of the condominium.
Perola is a spacious townhouse, integrated dining room, kitchen, TV room and pool with fireplace, beautiful pool, ample gourmet space and with 7 bedrooms: 1 traditional suite and 6 American semi-suites, ie a private corridor with 1 bathroom for every 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms have modern split air conditioning with super quiet remote control. Bathrooms feature light floors, granite countertops and beautiful white china, as well as mirrors and natural lighting. Well ventilated rooms by day and air conditioned at night, perfect. Zero mold.
All rooms are very nice and six of them have a very comfortable double bed and some also have bunk beds to support and complement families.
We have 3 separate and interconnected rooms in the house:
Dining Room:
It has a beautiful massive table of 3 meters with 12 chairs besides benches. Spacious and comfortable. It has an overall view of the pool through French doors. It has ample access to the kitchen and the central TV room.
Central TV Room:
Large central room with double right foot that interconnects the whole house and the other rooms. It has sofas, SKY cable TV and support furniture. Floor all clear and rustic porcelanato, integrating the style of the house to the woods and glasses. Very comfortable and cool environment all year round.
Fireplace and Pool Room:
Room attached to the central room and which houses the fireplace and billiards. Decorated with style and affection by the owners, with official pool table.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, cabinets, granite countertop, 2 sinks, extractor fan, large window and is very spacious. It is integrated into the dining room but has its own space and environment.
Mezzanines:
With double height ceilings, the living room communicates with 2 spacious and beautiful mezzanines, interconnected by a footbridge stylized in original wood; style and space! The mezzanines serve as access to the 4 superior rooms and by the exaggerated size are decorated one with games table and another with supporting elements like poufs and sofa bed. Beautiful space and well ventilated with large external windows.
Recreation:
New, lighted pool with several levels of depth. Filtered and cleaned daily by the housekeeper in the morning. External chairs and excellent decoration in a central square that interconnects the dining room of the house with the Gourmet Space. The 6x3 m pool with 1.40 deep has waterfall and jet jets,
Gourmet space is the busiest space of the house because integrated to the pool and the barbecue forms the central heart of joy and integration. It has wide granite countertops, cook top stove, stylized grill, sink, solid wood tables, benches, chairs, lots of comfort and lots of joy. Space of 3.5 by 12 meters covered and decorated. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas and little boards.
Infrastructure:
The Pearl House has reservoirs with 7m³ of water, practically immune to the lack of common water on the coast at the peak season.
All electrical network has been renovated and resized to have reliability, comfort and safety to guests. Enjoy!
Location:
Rua 06 a few steps from the sea, allows the guest to go and come to the sea as many times as you like during the day. Returned from the sea: showers and pool await you!
