Positive: We loved our time here. It was a last minute booking and I had not noticed it was in the favela! What an adventure. Felt totally safe and friendly. The hotel was great, beautiful design, views and vibe. Staff could not have been more helpful. We initially booked for one night, but stayed for three. Also the food was really good.

Negative: Mattresses need an upgrade.

Summary: Loved it. Lived it.
