Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It is an interesting location, connected to a shopping mall. It is easy to get there and felt safe. The room was ample and clean. Extra places to sit and a large desk type counter.

Negative: When we arrived maintenance was working on the rooms air conditioner, although we arrived after the posted check in time. They attempted to give us 2 other rooms but in both cases the rooms were already occupied. After over 30 minutes of up and down the elevator maintenance finished with the original room. When we attempted to access the hotel and return to our room our key card did not work. Requiring another trip to the front desk. The staff were very nice but the disorganization was very off putting.
