Positive: Room was very clean, the staff was very supportive and kind. Otis help us with our backpacks and make sure we got everywhere safe, they let us left our backpacks for 3 days in the hostel and got the early breakfast. Definitely recommend. Very central location 5 min walk to the old town of Manaus with all restaurants
