Positive: Location is very good - walking distance from Boulevard mall if you need a mall... Short distance to Docas and the Ver-o-peso markets.

Negative: Check in was slow, keys did not work, staff promise to solve issues but does not respond anymore or simply leave and don´t take any action.. We had no keys working to open the room in the first day. Internet is another very low point. The app to order food in the room does not connect with the kitchen - so they don´t get your order - you need to call anyway. Not the typical local friendliness. Not a good sitting area in the entrance area if you need to wait a taxi or something.
