Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautiful surroundings, well appointed accommodations, and lovely, helpful staff.

Negative: Technological approach to the operation of the room, plus the fact that we don’t speak Portuguese as well as he would like to made it challenging at times to navigate some of the features available. Everything is controlled by Alexa who doesn’t speak English. The food was good, but we received a steak that was supposed to be prime rib, instead it was a rib chop that was so tough we could barely cut it with a knife much less eat it. It was very challenging. The dogs loved it.

Summary: Very interesting techie accommodations in a beautiful location with questionable food.
