Positive: had a really pleasant stay. The reception staff were genuinely helpful and kind, and you could tell they were really trying to handle everything well and make guests comfortable. That effort made a big difference. Breakfast was also a nice surprise. I honestly didn’t expect much, but the quality of the products was good and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. Overall, a solid experience, and I’d happily stay again.
