The building is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, although we are very close to the center of Capivari. It is a new property with elevator, sauna, green fireplace, covered parking. The apartment has 3 suites. Two are equipped with KING box beds with two auxiliary beds each. The other suite has 2 single beds. The mattresses (all) are bagged springs. Beds, mattresses, sheets, towels, comforters, blankets, sofas, were recently purchased as well as all kitchen accessories, appliances including espresso coffee. As it is a duplex, the spiral staircase leading to the upper floor has been replaced by a modern and safe panoramic elevator. The entire floor was changed and the kitchen, living room and gourmet areas were all integrated. The rooms have received new curtains and Italian wallpaper has been applied, as has the upstairs leisure room. The new designed furniture gave more comfort and styling. Two TV panels were installed (one on each floor) with 49 inch TVs, one with Sky programming with all Hds channels, including première football club and telecine channels and the other a smart TV with Netflix included.
