Very cozy house very charming and in the Campos do Jordão style.
The view from the house is stunning.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 suites with a double bed and 2 rooms with a single bed (to be joined). Indoor parking for 3 cars.
The house is located inside a condominium.
On the ground floor there is a TV room, fireplace room, dining room, kitchen, gazebo and bar ... all integrated in addition to a washing machine. Everything is very clean and charming.
We have a greenhouse with organic vegetables and spices that can be consumed (in winter there is not much abundance).
The house has a housekeeper who will take care of cleaning and tidying, on arrival and departure of each guest. This service is included in the price. If the guest chooses to hire the housekeeper to wash dishes, clothes, etc they can set the values directly with her. She doesn't cook, but she can help them make beds and wash the dishes. She knows how to make delicious wafles, to have this service, you know. will have to hire her and provide all the food.
It has a kiosk with pizza oven, barbecue and sink. The kiosk also has a large table and two benches. The kiosk is inside the house.
