Positive: The staff was fairly helpful and friendly.

Negative: I booked the room because it supposedly had an in suite suana, but it had not such thing. What i believe they are calling a "suana" is a pvc pipe in the shower that blew steam out 1 time. I say one time because they gave me instructions on how to use it. I followed the instructions and it never worked once, so I asked a staff member in the hallway to help while her and 2 other staff came into the room.and while 1 was on the phone and the other was talking in the radio, they did the same thing i had done in the exact same way I did 10 times before and after this instance and magically this 1 time it worked. Obviously, them calling and speaking with whoever on the phone is what made it work the 1 and only time. The place is just a shitty sex hotel, dont waste your time, its over priced. A side note, booking.com has gotten terrible over the last 3 years or so, anyone can host any sithole property on booking, and if you have problems you are on your own booking.com doesn't do anything to help.
