Summary: It was a lovely place to stop. Small but comfortable & staff are kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good. I love that you can see the Teatro from the rooftop. Be aware that it is right by the square & there is a restaurant across the street that broadcasts the soccer/futbol game, so it is lively at night (not ideal for sleeping children) and there are stairs. It was great for me though!!!!

Summary: Good place to crash, did so after Amazon tours. Nothing fancy, but cold AC that is all that matters.

Summary: I cannot say enough about this place. Staff is the best. They are so helpful and they go beyond to help you. They made different breakfast every morning just for me. It’s in the best, safest location you can imagine. You can walk Uber every where. Do not stay anywhere else... they upgraded me without hesitation
Summary: This little hotel was super unique and cute. Location was great. It wasn't 100% perfect as the AC over our bed dripped water and had some signs of mold on the vents, but what hotel is 100% for this price? My room was 2nd level facing the street and noise from the street didn't bother me in the slightest. The bathroom only has a curtain that separates it from the rest of the room so be prepared to get to know your companion a bit better, or walk downstairs to the lobby or basement bathroom for more privacy if you want. The books in the basement TV area are really interesting and the house is full of antiques and art. I'd stay here again for sure.

Summary: In the heart of the city, overlooking the Opera House, rooftop sitting area perfect for relaxing away from busy streets, but listening to the street music. Very cozy. Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable. In-room bathroom does not allow for privacy, but that's easy to mitigate with your traveling companion: just step outside and give each other a bit more space and quiet. Bedsheets and towels crisp, clean, fresh, beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extra security at front door. Central location perfect for stay in the heart of the jungle.

Summary: This place has everything you need to rest your head, whether you are staying in Manaus a few days or prepping for the jungle. The decor is lovely, and the staff is awesome. Don’t expect the lap of luxury, but for such a reasonable price for a room that’s warranted.

Summary: I love this hotel. Full of interesting, quirky objects and tasteful artwork. There's a lovely roof terrace with views of the opera house and a small front balcony where you can watch the world to by. I had 2 nights in a bunk room. Small but adequate with shared bathrooms. No one else was on that floor so I had them to myself. I then moved to a double en suite. The en suite is actually behind a glass wall so not really private if sharing. But it is fine for me. All very clean and pleasant. Breakfast is good too. A nice selection of juices, bread and cakes in a pretty room. Best of all the staff are so lovely and helpful. The location also is great. Right next to the main square.
