Summary: Unfortunately an incident during check out is the reason why this review is not as good as I would have liked, a charge to my account for something I did not consume from the minibar, 4 bottles of water, not one but 4, “the housekeeping was the one who reported” this. It’s a shame that this lady lied and tried to scam the guests, the incident was corrected and everything was clarified, the girls at the front desk excellent in their job, very friendly and always willing to help, cleaning, breakfast, common areas everything very good, Oscar the manager a little bit reluctant to understand the situation but finally accepted the mistake, what a pity that a single person ruins the good job and effort of the entire staff, thank you for the stay and hosting us, overall it was good, it seems that this happened in the past to others guests bc reading reviews about hotel this popped up in more than one comment, and still happens, this is not good for business,
