2. The maximum number between guests and visitor is up to 08 people, and there may not be replacement of names.

5. Limit of two vehicles per apartment (only those registered in the reserve)
6. Users shall not make use of speakers, television receivers, radios or activity that provokes screaming, algaered or singing that causes disorders to the quiet and well-being of the neighborhood.
7. The maximum speed allowed within condominium boundaries will be 20 km/h.
8. The condominium, under no case, will be responsible for damage of any kind in parked vehicles, or in circulation in the internal areas of the condominium, including the occurrences of theft or burglary.
9. It is not allowed to extend clothes, rugs or put any other objects on the balconies, guard - body or windows.
10. The condominium will not be responsible for objects lost in the common areas.
11. It is not allowed to deposit trash near the doors, halls or stairs. This waste must be deposited in the
container located in the parking areas properly conditioned in bags.
12. It is not allowed to carry food, glasses or glass containers to the surroundings of the swimming pools and especially inside.
13. Barbecue in the common areas is not allowed. It can be done inside the apartment with electric or gas barbecue (never with coal).
The host will be available from 9am to 10pm throughout the stay.
