Any difficulty, contact us immediately;9) Appliances cannot be cleaned with a sponge, only a soft cloth to avoid scratching;10) It is necessary to remove and dispose of garbage in the trash can.If you prefer, the cleaning team can take out the trash for an extra fee of 50 reais.11) As usual, the cleaning of the property does not include the washing of kitchen utensils/crockery (if you choose not to wash, the cleaning team can do it for an extra fee of 50 reais).12) If stains are found on the upholstery or bed linen, the cleaning team may charge an extra fee (be careful with sunscreens as they cause permanent stains)13) Security and control measures for guests entering this private property:Data for registration of all guests will be requested after your booking confirmation. (Full name, RG, date of birth and vehicle data).
