Positive: I didn't have an opportunity to have breakfast. Bruno, staff member, at night helped me tremendously with my problem getting taxi early in the morning. His English was very good and I was able to understand him clearly. He also communicated with my Brazilian daughter-in-law and reassured her that I left for the airport with the taxi he arranged on time. Everything went very smoothly. Bruno is an excellent employee. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I also found an excellent pizza restaurant nearby which was very convenient since I didn't have a car.

Summary: Excellent facility. Great staff.
