Summary: Decent place. It's located within Mercure hotel Guarulhos. the building has many condo units and Xtay operates some, and shares the front desk with Mercure. Cleanliness in general was ok. They ask us to check in online prior to arriving, through their app Which is very hard to use. But I was only able to get wifi password that way. Front desk didn't share that info at all. Great rooftop view. AC works great. Quick Uber to the airport.
