Positive: The grounds and natural surroundings of the resort were stunning and well maintained. The beach was calm and safe, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The fruit cocktails were delicious, and having a tennis court was a great bonus for enjoying some sports.

Negative: The building was quite old and in need of renovation; our room’s electrical panel had water infiltration above it, creating a fire hazard — the hotel seemed aware, as a fire extinguisher was on-site. The à la carte restaurant was below standard; the food was mediocre and poorly prepared. The Wi‑Fi was practically unusable and worked very poorly. Extra activities, such as renting tennis balls, were overpriced.
