Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very good place, structure and general staff (except for reception). I also liked the Decal Tour team, who arranged the tours and airport transfer.

Negative: The door of one of our rooms stopped working 2 times and the guests got locked outside for 1 hour each time it happened. What was disappointing wasn't the door's defect, but rather the reception staff's response when the guests went to file a complaint. Not only did the employee fail to record the complaint, but he also laughed at the situation and said "That happens all the time," then turned his back and ignored the guests. The service at the front desk is typical of a half-star hotel; a simple apology for what happened would have satisfied the guests.

Summary: Very good place, but poor service from front desk staff
