The hotel is in a prime position at the foot of the Serra de Caldas and on the shores of Rio Quente - a natural warm water river that runs through the resort. In addition to the Hot Water River, inside the condominium guests can enjoy the pools (adult and children), sauna, jacuzzi, wet bar and a large green area. Other attractions are also offered to guests such as Gym, Movie Theater, Games Room, Souvenir Shops, Snack Bar.
