Positive: Rocío and her partner were definitely the most welcoming, accommodating and friendly hosts ever. They made sure I felt comfortable and helped me with any question I had. I can recommend booking the snorkeling trip with them! I had such good talks with them even tho my spanish is limited and they were some of the nicest people I've met in Mexico! Aside from that, they care of the place and keep it well maintained. The location is a bit far from the center but you can just walk to the main street, hop on one of the many moto taxis that drive on the main street and they will get you to the center for around 40-50 pesos in 5 to 6 mins. Rocío and her partner can also call you a moto taxi to pick you up directly from the hostel. All in all I can definitely recommend you stay with them whenever you're in Cozumel.

Negative: The doors weren't soundproof at all.
