The location is situated in a strategic position of the Costa Azul I resort, on the banks of the Avaré Jurumirim dam, providing easy access to the beaches, water sports, motorboat rides, jet skiing, waterfalls and restaurants. Our garden is very well kept, full of flowers and fruits, as well as the remnant of native forest we have on our property. We have an organic garden overlooking the dam
