The Praia do Sol, where the apartment is located, is an extremely tranquil place, frequented exclusively by residents (no hawkers) and with pollution-free waters, suitable for bathing.
Ideal for walks with good range of clean white sand.
It has areas for swimming, surfing, SUP, fishing, hiking, etc.
Close to the center of Barra Velha with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Far less than 15 min from Parque Beto Carrero World and 25 min from Balneário Camboriú.
Around the condo (up to 2 minutes walk) there are 5 restaurants (seafood, pizza, snacks, sushi, acai, pastry, ice cream shop)
At the back of the condo (on the other side of the street) there are two mini-markets with bakery, fruits, vegetables and necessities, open 7 days a week. 1 minute drive away are two fishmongers.
