It is 15min from the dam's little beach! The TV has movie channels, netflix. Sound with CD input, USB stick and bluetooth. I have some buoys available. Open to visitors, if you want to meet before renting, agree with me.

Terms:
For regular weekend bookings: I charge by the day and rent the season by night, so you MUST BOOK THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT to have the weekend price for up to 15 people (above that there is a difference in value, to book for more than 15 people, please request price change in chat before requesting reservation through the app).
In the above conditions the check-in can be done Friday from 19h00 to 22h00 or Saturday from 8h00, check-out is until 20h30 on Sunday.
If you want to extend the reservation to working days there is a possibility of discount! Consult us for your vacation!
With the price of one night you can: enter the night before the day you want to enjoy and spend a full day in the farm. A NIGHT VALID ONLY DURING THE WEEK.

Up to 30 people are allowed to sleep, not accepting major events. I allow small family or religious parties.

About the property:
Rustic furniture of excellent quality, the open concept of the rooms (which have high ceilings) makes the space airy and cozy even to gather a large group, all appliances are quality and little used, the farm has become available for rent this summer and only on selected dates.
Our barbecue has a wood stove and oven, barbecue, pizza oven, stove and refrigerator, plus a large solid wood dining table.
Our kitchen has a 6 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter and a wide range of top quality utensils.
Approximately 6 cars fit within the property.
The property is in condominium, near a popular tourist spot in the region, the dam's little beach.
We'll have movie theater soon! An approximately 100 '' screen and cute puffs will be installed in a lounge next to the barbecue, all new and of excellent quality!
Well monitored and safe neighborhood, the bakery is very close and has a vendinha, has a snack bar 2 farms away. Market, bakery, drugstore and butcher shop 10 minutes, we have pizzerias and hamburger that deliver at the residence.
About Us:
Our farm was purchased about 2 years ago and has been renovated, was equipped thinking of our family's house, I can guarantee that you will find all the necessary utensils in your stay and that you will have much comfort in our home that are not standards in rental farms.
We are renting shortly and we take care of everything personally, we have some friends who rarely help us when we have appointments, to ensure that the service will be done with care and affection always!
We have some visits from toucans and squirrels
There are bird nests all over the space! The nature of the region is wonderful
