Praia de Itararé, building located on the seafront between the cable car and Santos border, only 4 suitable for walking, family atmosphere, 1 valet garage, very close to the VLT station and facility to obtain UBER. The apartment is cozy, fully renovated and has 40 meters, a bedroom with double bed, TV with open programming, a portable air conditioning 12 thousand BTU´s and space for 02 single mattresses and a sofa bed, but recommended until 04 people for comfort, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with furniture designed to prepare your meals and the living room in addition to the sofa has a large table and TV with NET and also Internet. The apartment is located in the back however, both in the bedroom and living room there is a partial sea view. If requested, I provide fully sanitized bedding. On the roof of the building there is a barbecue area and a solarium with a lovely view of the waterfront, (private and reservations and payment of the cleaning fee direct with the caretaker, however is precarious access).
Daily rate of $ 270 per day for 4 people (minimum 3 nights) + $ 100 cleaning fee for bookings of up to 04 nights, above that will not be charged.
