The house offers service staff for cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool.

* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property

* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
