Located amidst the nature of São Francisco Xavier, this 35 m² rustic chalet is very cozy and has a beautiful view of the Serra da Mantiqueira mountains. It is an ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet.
The chalet is located next to my residence, but it is completely reserved for guests, providing total privacy.
Inside the chalet, there is a single room that includes a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, all furnished with rustic furniture made by me. To warm up the room on cold days, there is a cozy cast-iron wood-burning stove.
It is also equipped with

- Refrigerator, stove with gas oven, microwave, blender and electric grill.

The chalet's outdoor area has a veranda equipped with hammocks, chairs and a breathtaking view of the mountains, as well as access to a garden that offers a shower, barbecue and bonfire area and parking for one vehicle.
Guests will also have access to a waterfall via a trail approximately 400 m away from the chalet.
- We do not provide firewood or charcoal for the fire pit and barbecue. Please bring your own if you wish to use them. However, we do provide wood for the wood-burning stove, with an extra charge for more.
The chalet is located 7 km from the center of SFX, of which 3 km are on a dirt road and the last 1 km involves a climb up a hill, which any car can climb with care.
The chalet has high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi.
Power outages may occur at the chalet due to its location, either due to maintenance or weather conditions.
Although the mobile operators Vivo, Claro and TIM have a signal in the central region of SFX, the stability of the connection can be variable in the chalet, depending on the operator.
The electrical voltage in the chalet is 220v. (There is a 110v transformer available for use)
