This unit which is located in building #3 is the only one equipped with an elevator and handicap ramps for your convenience.
If you're a scuba diver you'll having the luxury of being picked up and dropped off at Residencias Reefs pier located on the beach property near the Aura Hotel.
If staying home and cooking is for you we have a full kitchen with granite counter-tops, beautiful wood cabinets and a view of the ocean while you work. Enjoy your private home entertainment system consisting of US satellite (DISH TV/NY feed) 42' Flat Screen TV, DVD player & wireless internet (bring your laptop). This spacious two bedroom includes a king size bed and plenty of closet & drawer space for your belongings in the Master bedroom. For your comfort and protection; a private safe is available for your use located in the master bedroom closet. The second bedroom offers two queen size beds, full bathroom with bathtub, ample dresser and closet space and a desk area with a large Screen to view DVD's. Both bedrooms have a private balcony access with spectacular views of the ocean, beach and surrounding grounds. The large bathrooms are fully tiled and the Master bath has two separate entrances which can be closed off for privacy from the bedroom. This 1948 sq ft condo offers several ceiling fans and air conditioning units for your comfort.
Our condo offers Free long distance calling to the US and Canada (Vonage) which is available for your personal use. A full size /220 washer & dryer with detergent are available on the roof-top solarium for your use. Daily housekeeping service (except Sundays) by our staff is INCLUDED but not mandatory to use. An authentic Mexican dinner can be prepared for you by our staff upon request for an additional charge of $15.00 per adult and $5.00 per child; plus cost of the groceries. They will serve and clean up also so you can sit back and relax on the balcony like you were in your very own restaurant.

Several beach clubs are available within walking distance along San Francisco beach. They do close after sunset but still offers a beautiful walk. There are a few restaurants within taxi or walking distance that may stay open certain times of the year so defiantly inquire with them as you pass by. There are several all-inclusive hotels or beach clubs available for daily passes for a change of pace.
San Miguel (local town) is only a seven mile drive where you'll find many restaurants that offer a variety of food including authentic Mexican or Italian food. After a relaxing dinner; stroll the ocean front main street where you'll find the perfect piece of jewelry or souvenir to remember your trip to Cozumel. Defiantly check out the other side of the island at least once during your stay. There are many beach clubs/restaurants to enjoy while watching/listening the roaring of the waves as they crash along the rock. Quite different from the side of the condo complex.
