In the back, balcony with barbecue, sink, masonry counter in "L", table with four chairs and two stools, complete bathroom, cold tank and walled shower with grassy area in the surroundings (the photos adequately illustrate the description of the property). Next to the beach there are two bars serving drinks and snacks on the sand, a pub restaurant open to the public (Gato Negro) and a dive shop. The house is 200 m from the famous South Island restaurant, 500 m from the Three Tombs Waterfall, and is at the following distances from the South beaches: Feiticeira - 800 m, Julião - 1. 200 m, Grande - 2 km, Curral ( the most famous of Ilhabela) - 4 km, Veloso - 5 km. In Praia Grande and nearby there are restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias, bakeries, supermarket (Hill), pharmacy and convenience store that runs until midnight.
