Three adult children, independent and professional life in the fields of biology, communication and music. Very beautiful and elegant, with 5 bedrooms, 3 suites, total of 7 bathrooms, a ballroom, barbecue, solarium, office and very diverse library home. Situated in Vila Romana, in very safe, quiet and wooded, with very birds in the region side street. We have a very sweet and loving dog. Good location, close to Magdalene Station (Metro - Green Line) and various bus lines. Ease of displacements for the Paulista Avenue, to downtown St. Paul and to the airports of Congonhas and Guarulhos.
