Hi, I live in a nice, cozy apartment with my two cats. The homestay is very quiet, but close to everything: supermarkets, drugstores, bars, restaurants, two subway stations (1,2km) and with bus access to downtown, avenida Paulista and Vila Madalena (short rides). Perdizes is one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo in terms of safety, infrastructure, leisure, education and mobility. Its HDI is 0,972. I'm always available to help my guests in any way I can.
