Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, great balcony, rooms with beautiful view of the garden, a very large living room and the building is located in an area of 16,575 m² , with much leisure and green areas .
Condo Leisure: Spa , sauna, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool with waterfall, fitness center, movie theater, adult and children's games room, barbecue grills, walking trail , Salon, among others .
The room has TV and you can use wi-fi. You can prepare snaks in the kitchen and use all the condo leisure.
We are welcoming. We are thoughtful people, happy, high mood. We can give tips on places to visit and how to get around in the city.
The neighborhood is great, quiet, well located, full of green but also has shops, supermarkets (EXTRA, Carrefour, Mambo, Wallmart) and good bars and restaurants. A place to love!
For those who like walking or riding a bike , the location is ideal! You can go to the park on foot or by bike path that connects the park Villa Lobos to other city parks.
There are two train stations that are a block away: Imperatriz Leopoldina and CEASA, which is connected to the Red Line (subway), which is the line that leads to the Corinthians stadium in Corinthians-Itaquera station. (approx. 50 minutes). And we have the bus stop in front of the building too!
And if you want to go where the nightlife happens, Vila Madalena neighborhood is perfect - 15 min drive!
