Summary: I had a great stay at the pousada! Check in was easy. I missed my flight from Sao Luiz and ended up getting driven there. I didn't arrive until after 9p. Right away I was able to check-in & book tours to Lencois Maranhenses for the next morning with the front desk. The front desk is so helpful with everything and were all so sweet. The room was simple but a clean, quiet place to lay your head with everything in working order. The breakfast is also simple but it was great to have that available before the start of my journey filled days. The river is a 2 min walk with a restaurant at the end of the street. Also it's less than a 10 min walk the opposite direction to the boardwalk. You'll find drugstores, shops, and restaurants along the way. I truly had an enjoyable, easy going stay there. Great location, great service, and would recommend!
