Positive: The staff made the place, they were kind and thoughtful. The location is prime too. We were allowed to checkout late for a fee (R$ 120) and the breakfast was okay - there's a load of sugary options, rather tasty and homemade, but also fruit, bread, cheese and yoghurt.

Negative: There were no towels until 18:30, when we were back from dinner we couldn't shower in warm water. So we had a cold shower. This is a considerable issue as we had a 7-month old baby. The mattress wasn't very comfy and the AC sounded like an airplane. We were also told that we would have to pay if we stained any towels or sheets which comes as a bit odd.
