Positive: Breakfast was delicious and the hotel space is really big, full of nature. One day we left super early for a trail and they prepared a special snack for us because we wouldn't have breakfast. The room was really confortable, bed was great, many blankets. Bathroom was confortable too. The hotel is located away from the city center (that does not have many things to do) and they offer tapioca for dinner if you ask them previously and it was great after a long day of trails that we didn't want to go out.

Negative: As soon as we arrived we asked the person that received us about the day we would leave early for the trail and she didn't inform us about the to-go breakfast option so we bought some things in the supermarket and the next day another staff member told us they would leave a snack for us. One day our room wasn't cleaned. It rained a lot during that day, so we were not sure if the staff wasn't able to arrive to the hotel to work, but when we arrived at night our bedroom and bathroom were not organized and nobody informed us about it.
