Summary: Max was nice. However the place needs some basic maintenance. The noise starts at 7 am and it’s very loud! The towels are really old, the breakfast is the same every day displaying very dry eggs (even if the restaurant isn’t busy they can’t accommodate freshly make eggs), often we had to ask for silverware and other basics, the covers were smelling, we threw them on the floor and ask to be cleaned but when we come back to the room they weren’t clean and they were back (dirty) in our beds. The shower knob shocks us every time we touched it, the toilet was very smelly (Seward) and the sink faucet was loose. We had to ask to clean our room, otherwise it wasn’t getting done, during our 6 day stay the trash was never cleaned up, causing us to pilled up the trash next to the trash can. The place is well located, it just needs basic love for a hotel.
