Positive: Great receptionists, Alice was very helpful.

Negative: Wasn't offered a water whilst waiting for my room. Other guests where served Champagne. Could use soundproofing. Noisy guests and staff during cleaning. Only 2 guest elevators in a 20 floor hotel.
