Positive: I really liked the entertainment team — they were energetic, friendly, and professional. The Pilates and yoga instructor was clearly a highly trained professional, and the classes were well-structured and enjoyable. The nightly shows were excellent and well produced, providing great evening entertainment. I was also very impressed with the food quality across all the restaurants; every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and consistently delicious.

Negative: Some of the sports activities were not available as expected. For example, paddling was cancelled multiple times due to pool cleaning and maintenance, and although it was promised for the next day on several occasions, it never took place. Additionally, there were not enough sun loungers around the pool. Many were reserved early in the morning and left unused until the afternoon, making it difficult to find available seating. The Wi-Fi and internet connection were also slow and not consistently available throughout the resort.

Summary: An entertaining stay with excellent food quality, outstanding cleanliness, and friendly staff.
