Positive: I liked the big spacious flat and balcony and the views from the terrace. The neighbourhood seems quiet. Everything was clean. A lot of light coming in the flat. View of the sea and palm trees below.

Negative: It was a bit difficult to communicate with the receptionists (they only spoke Portuguese) and they didn't provide a lot of info regarding transport or places to shop. I asked for a blanket because I was cold on some nights and the staff told me I needed to pay for it. There was a lot of noise from the street below, which seems to have a lot of cars and traffic. It's 2nd floor and the street is right below. It's far from the centre and there isn't any public transport available or information on how to move around. You depend on Uber. The light filters in through the curtains. They need to put darker curtains. I asked before going and they told me the curtains were dark enough.

Summary: Spacious and comfy but too far from the centre
